  • Pizza: “Pizza Del Papa” – traditional crust with squash cream made with buffalo milk ricotta and topped with buffalo milk smoked mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and zucchini flowers filled with zucchini, gorgonzola, fontina and mascarpone cheese.
  • 2nd Place: United States

  • Pizza: “Mike’s Favorite” – deep dish stuffed-cheese crust brushed with homemade garlic butter and spices and topped with onions, mushrooms, green peppers, pepperoni, hard salami, bacon, dry and fresh basil and romano cheese.
